Therefore, the canceled appointment may be rescheduled for a later date at your convenience. Kindly note that the new appointment date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original cancellation service date. If rescheduling does not occur within this timeframe, the payment for the service will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For subscription members only: Weekly & Bi-weekly clients incur a $25.00 fee without 12 hrs notice.
