Elevated Laundry Service Bi-Weekly

Cancellation Policy:

Laundry Preparation ● Clients are responsible for ensuring all laundry is clean and ready for folding. ● We do not accept wet or soiled laundry for folding-only services. ● Items should be sorted before folding service is completed. (optional, if prefer to leave sorting to the client). Delicate and Specialty Items ● Delicate Care Fee: An additional $15 per load applies for handling delicates or specialty fabrics (e.g., silk, cashmere). Fabric enhancer for the clothes. (Charged to card on file) ● We are not responsible for damage to items that are not labeled with care instructions. Please ensure all garments are suitable for regular handling and folding. Liability and Damages ● While we take the utmost care with all items, we are not liable for damages to clothing that results from prior conditions, such as fragile fabrics, existing tears, or stains. ● We are not responsible for lost or missing items that are not reported to us within 24 hours of service being completed. On-Site Safety and Privacy ● We require a safe and clean work environment for all in-home services. ● The work area must be free from hazards, and all laundry should be ready in a designated space. ● We value our clients' privacy and will handle your belongings with care and discretion. Turnaround Time ● Standard folding services will be completed within the appointed service time. (unless otherwise specified). ● Rush Service: For rush orders, a $75/hour rate applies, and the service will be completed within 2 hours (depending on availability and load size). Restrictions on Item Quantity ● For safety reasons, we do not fold items over 50 pounds in total per order. ● Items like bedding, large blankets, and heavy fabrics may require additional time for Cancellations: ○ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.(Charged to card on file) ○ No-shows will be charged the full hourly rate of the service booked. To receive refunds for add ons, you must call within 48 hours of 'No Show'. Subscription Plans: ● Subscription plans are billed monthly and include 2 hours of service per week ● Any unused hours do not roll over to the next billing cycle. ● Customers may cancel subscription plans within 24 Hours notice prior to the next billing cycle.
